TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Sir Mixalot! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [sirmixalot.com.au] (“Website”) and our mobile bartending services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

  • Sir Mixalot provides mobile bartending packages for private and corporate events.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a deposit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or event that does not comply with our policies.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment is due [X days] before the event.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide a suitable space for bartending services, including access to power and water if needed.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age.

  • Sir Mixalot is not liable for any damages, injuries, or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption.

5. Liability & Indemnification

  • Sir Mixalot is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the event.

  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the event.

6. Alcohol Regulations

  • We comply with all local alcohol laws and reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.

  • The client is responsible for securing any required permits for alcohol service at their event.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
